Partner Ratings, What’s the Benefit?

To all our partners, we wanted to quickly remind you about our partner ratings!! 

There are five ratings: Poor, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. 

All these ratings follow a star system, where the more stars you have, the higher your rating is! And, as you’d expect, the higher your rating, the more exclusive benefits you’ll unlock!! 

You can view your partner rating anytime on our partner platform, Medusa. 

So, How Does It Work? 

Your rating is based on a few factors - whether clients pay their bills and submit meter readings on time - plus a few other factors. 

When you join with us, you’ll automatically start as a 2-star Bronze partner. From there, the longer you stay with us and successfully manage your clients, the higher up the rating you’ll go. The goal you should be aiming for is a 5-star Platinum rated partner meaning you’ll be able to unlock the best exclusive benefits!

While everyone does start at Bronze, you can move down if client management fails and action is required to get your rating increased.
