Upcoming Renewals 

One great feature of Medusa is that it reminds you of upcoming renewals through a calendar. On your dashboard, you’ll immediately see the ‘Upcoming Unhandled Renewals' section. When clicked, it shows a calendar with all the upcoming renewals. Not only will you get this constant reminder, but you’ll also receive automated email notifications at 90, 60, 45, and 30 days before any renewal. This ensures you stay up-to-date with accurate information, all in one location. The automated email notifications are also a user permission which can be toggled within settings.

Payouts on Hold Understanding 

If we ever need to hold a payout, Medusa offers full transparency so you won’t have to spend time trying to understand. On the dashboard, there’s a section that shows any ‘Payouts On Hold’, along with the specific reasons. Once clicked, you’ll clearly see the commission held and the reasoning behind it, such as non-payment or missing meter readings over an extended time. 

Table View on Search 

On the Search tab, we've introduced a table toggle for easier viewing, available on both the previous searches and product pages. Additionally, we've added functionality for Excel export, allowing you to implement it in your own templates.

Comparison Rates on Renewals 

When your client’s contract is up for renewal, Medusa will display different rates and show how much they will save by renewing. This is an efficient and quick way to compare rates based on your client’s needs. Saving you time calculating this separately.

eSign at No Cost 

Medusa saves you time and money during renewals or when onboarding new clients with eSign. The eSign is free and sent instantly to clients for them to sign a new contract. We will also notify you when they view and sign via email. Once signed, the contract automatically gets pushed to our approval stage, so no further action is required.

Industry Lookups at No Cost 

Medusa allows you to search industry data at no cost. You can easily copy and paste MPXNs or postcodes to view the industry information, making it readily available to you for your clients. 

Quick Renewals on Client Profile 

Medusa automatically provides real-time insights into clients approaching contract renewal, allowing you to proactively and efficiently manage the renewal process. Just click on the client section of Medusa, select the client and press renewal options. 

Bill Lines Export as CSV for Consumption and Other Charges

Medusa has an export on the client profile for bill lines. This is an Excel export which explains the make-up of bills along with the reading types. This is great for quick bill validation instead of manually filtering through PDF documents. For those with technical expertise, this can be digested directly via API.

Automated Commission Payouts 

Commission payouts are generated automatically without fail on the 15th of each month. These are then emailed and available on Medusa for review, both in PDF and Excel format with detailed understanding of each payout with click-throughs. This is also available via API.

Data Exports to Excel 

Medusa allows you to export various data files in an Excel format, including active products, clients, contracts and users.

Client Rating Report 

You can easily download the supporting data for your client rating report, which shows how your portfolio is performing. This is useful for tracking performance to ensure you do not miss out on any future commission and for upcoming renewals to lock in the best price.

API Access 

Medusa provides API access, allowing you to integrate your own systems directly into your website or platform. Medusa is fully API-driven therefore all functionality is available to you with ease.

Brandable Contracts & Illustrations 

Medusa lets you add a personal touch by dual branding contracts with our logo, giving them a more customised appearance. 

Public Profile Link 

Your public profile is directly linked  on our website which you can share to showcase your partnership with us. This displays your contact details, rating and longevity.
