You can find out your electricity meter profile class by looking at the Supply Number on your electricity invoice. The first (two-digit) number on the top line is your profile class.

Current Half-Hourly Electricity Deemed Rates
Half-Hourly (HH) electricity supplies differ from standard non-half-hourly supplies because charges are based on the characteristics of the individual Supply Point.
The charges applicable to Half-Hourly supplies are determined by Jellyfish Energy using our prevailing pricing methodology. In calculating these charges we may take into account factors including:
- wholesale electricity market prices;
- the expected consumption profile of the Supply Point;
- balancing, settlement and forecasting costs;
- applicable industry, network and regulatory charges;
- operational and commercial costs; and
- credit and supply risk.
As a result, Half-Hourly Deemed Rates are calculated on a site-specific basis and are not published as a standard tariff.
The applicable rates for your Supply Point will be provided on your bill or otherwise made available to you on request.
We normally review our Deemed Rates on a monthly basis, although they may be updated at any time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in market conditions or the cost of supplying energy.
Current Gas Deemed Rates
Gas bands help determine the appropriate level of pricing for each customer. Bands are determined by the Annual Quantity (AQ) – an estimated figure, derived from meter readings, of the gas usage of a site over a 12 months period.

These rates form part of Jellyfish Energy’s Business Terms and apply in accordance with the Deemed Contract provisions contained within those Terms. All prices shown exclude VAT and Climate Change Levy where applicable. Rates apply where Jellyfish Energy supplies electricity or gas under a Deemed Contract in accordance with our Business Terms.
