Customer Ratings, A Refresher On How It Works

To all our customers, we just wanted to give you a quick reminder about how our customer ratings system works and what it means for you! 

The Ratings 

We use a five-tier rating system: Poor, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum

Each rating follows a star-based system. And yep - you guessed it! The higher your rating, the more stars you earn. But it’s not just about the stars - the better your rating, the more exclusive benefits you unlock. 

So, How Does It Work? 

We work out your rating based on two main things:

• How accurate your meter readings are 

• How timely your payments are

Every customer starts with a 2-star Bronze rating, but there’s plenty of opportunity to move up. It’s as simple as keeping your payments on time and your readings accurate to climb the ratings all the way to Platinum!

Here’s a little bit about each rating: 

• Starting level for all customers 

• To improve - stay consistent with payments and engagement. 

• Access to cheaper and exclusive products upon renewal

• Everything from Silver, plus:

• Dedicated customer support tailored to your needs

• Opportunities to give feedback and have a say on how we do things! 

• All the benefits of Gold, plus:

• Exclusive invitations to events - anything from our Christmas bash to a trip to the pub!

• Special incentives and gifts
