At Jellyfish Energy we supply gas and electricity to SME businesses.

It is very important to us that we understand how we can support our customers and provide tailored solutions for energy. To ensure we offer fair and transparent products, and understand our customers' needs, we will be attending local business expos to meet with and learn more about SMEs. 

On the 19th September we attended Teeside Expo, and on the 14th November we will be attending the North East Expo. 

Both expos are the 'ultimate event for small and medium sized businesses', welcoming all business sectors and providing the opportunity to meet with different exhibitors. We directly get the chance to meet with many different SME businesses, and it allows you to meet us, so we can lean more about each other!

Larva

Larva is a 12 month, fixed term contract for gas and electricity. You will start with a very competitive price and as your rating with us goes up, your unit rate will go down even more!

Ratings System

Your customer rating is based on timely payments and accurate meter readings. 

Every customer starts on a bronze rating and has the opportunity to increase their rating to unlock exclusive discounts during your contracted period!

Our ratings are based on the following system and if you have a good payment history:

• After 3 months, you will achieve a Silver rating, which grants you an immediate discount of 2.5% on your unit rate 

• After 6 months, become a Gold rated customer, with a 5% discount 

• After 9 months, become a Platinum rated customer with an impressive 7.5% discount

You will also gain access to other rewards, including dedicated customer support and early access to new features and products!

North East Expo Details

The expos also provide us with the opportunity to learn more about SMEs so we can understand how to support you, as when you join Jellyfish Energy, we want to provide you with energy that empowers your business.

North East Expo is at Newcastle Racecourse in Gosforth, between 9:30am-3:00pm. Our partnership team is on stand GH01.

At the North East Expo, you can network with over 150 exhibitors, attend over 16 seminars and develop relationships with other businesses. 

The North East Expo has become the 'region's largest one day business event and attracts over 1,000 delegates from every kind of sector'. It is a great opportunity to meet new people and learn more about different company's products and services.
