Both our customers and partners are very important to us. That is why we have created our Rating Algorithm.

Whether you are a customer of Jellyfish, or a partner broker with us, you will receive exclusive rewards from us, based on your personal rating. 

The rating algorithm creates different tiers, including:

• Poor

• Bronze (the rating you start on)

• Silver 

• Gold 

• Platinum 

Now let’s explain how the rating works for customers and partners.

Customer Ratings

Your customer rating is determined by timely payments and accurate meter readings which are submitted on time. 

Every customer starts on a Bronze rating and has the opportunity to increase their rating to Platinum.

The rating tiers and their benefits include:

Poor Rating

• This is a result of poor payment history or issues with engagement

Bronze Rating

• This is the starting rating - it will increase over time if you consistently have a good payment history and engagement 

Silver Rating

• Upon renewal, get access to cheaper and exclusive products

Gold Rating

• Get access to cheaper and exclusive products on renewal 

• Dedicated customer support line which is catered to your needs and will assist you with any queries you may have

• Have your say on how we do things - we value our most engaged customers’ ideas and feedback to ensure our future services are always improved 

Platinum Rating

• Cheaper products available upon renewal 

• Dedicated customer support line

• Be invited to exclusive events and enjoy a fun day out 

• Rewarded with incentives and gifts 

• Be in with the chance to win a bespoke PR event to promote your business 

• Beta access to platform and product updates

Partner Ratings

The rating system for partners works very similarly to customer ratings. 

You need to ensure that your clients’ meter readings and bills are paid on time, in order to increase your rating. If you have good client management, your rating will increase.

The rating-based benefits include:

Poor Rated Partner 

• You will move down to a Poor rated partner if your client management fails

Bronze Rated Partner 

• The starting rating - you will always have access to speak with our dedicated partnership team 

• Full access to our partner platform, Medusa 

Silver Rated Partner 

• Gain access to exclusive rating based products that are not available on the general market 

Gold Rated Partner 

• Exclusive rating based products 

• Invite only events
