Partner Help: Understanding Partner Commission

When you partner with Jellyfish Energy, you will receive monthly payouts.

You will receive your payouts, in arrears, on the 15th of every month, as long as your client has paid their bills and submitted a meter reading on time.

You can access all data regarding your payouts on our partner platform, Medusa.

Here, you can view all your past payout statements and when your next payout will be.

You can also see your total commission value that you have earned whilst partnering with Jellyfish. 

If there are any outstanding actions from clients, your payout will be put on hold. However, you will be able to clearly view and manage this information on Medusa, meaning, you have the correct contact information in place to resolve any pending actions with clients. 

We have specifically designed our partner platform so you can easily manage client information.
