At Jellyfish Energy we are committed to helping our partners build transparent and trustworthy relationships with customers. 

A key aspect of this is understanding our partner commission limits.

Our current commission limits are:

Electricity: 5p per kWh

Gas: 3p per kWh 

We recognise that our partners go above and beyond to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, therefore this commission reflects this commitment.

Reasons for our commission limits:

• A fair and transparent structure that allows our partners to deliver additional value and services which are not profiting.

• Additional services partners may offer, included in their commissions, for example energy audits and lighting schemes.

• Supports low energy-consuming customers within a sustainable profit margin.

• Provides expertise and outstanding service throughout.

• Establishes a relationship built on transparency - clients are informed on the commission involved, there is no ambiguity on the matter. This openness allows a fully transparent and trusting relationship between partner and customer.

By communicating that our commission limits are fully transparent and credible, it means both our partners and customers can build a relationship that is open and trustworthy.
